Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
Lost or Damaged Packages Zoha Los Angeles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zohalosangeles.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
